Hispania's classes offer students the opportunity to practice their language abilities by learning Spanish through converstationally driven classes. The classes focus on grammar, vocabluary, conversation, listening, reading comprehension, writing, linguistics and Spanish culture. All of these skills are aqcuired through a fun classroom interaction involving a lot of student participation. The role of the teacher at Hispania is to combine all of these strategies to help the student find sucess in communicating through Spanish. With the help of the teacher the students must be willing to take risks in trying out the new languange because our philosophy is that you learn through mistakes.

GENERAL SPANISH COURSES These are the ideal courses to receive a complete understanding of the Spanish language. The students in the General Spanish courses will learn Spanish by studying grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, extended reading comprehension, listening, writing and conversation. The end goal is that the student is able to carrying a conversation fluently in Spanish, undestand a text in Spanish and communciate their thoughts by writing in Spanish. Our classes are charicterized by practicing conversation in a fun and educational manner. Our teachers offer a new way of teaching Spanish. It reinforces that learning Spanish can be fun and easy. In the General Spanish Courses we teach the language in all forms, informal and formal. We pay close attention to the different styles of linguistics so that the student can recognize and understand all types of Spanish comunication. Number of Students: Maximum: 10 Medium: 7 Duration: Minimum: 1 week. Maximum: optional to students Levels: from A1 to C2 PREPERATION FOR THE D.E.L.E. EXAM This course is specific for the students who want to take the D.E.L.E. Exam. The course uses material that has been used in past D.E.L.E. Exams. The pace of this course is fast and intense. In this class we study the different linguistic examples that are taken directly from the excersises on the D.E.L.E. Exam. D.E.L.E. Is the only official title that is accredited in the competitive level of Spanish. This certification is granted by the Institutue of Cervantes in name of the Ministry of Euducation in Spain. Hispania, escuela de español is characterized by its students performance and more than 100 students each year take the D.E.L.E. Exam. Every year, 90% of the students that take the exam recieve the D.E.L.E. Certification. With this success rate our number of students that want our help to prepare for the D.E.L.E. continues to grow. Our students success if proof that we offer much quality in our education. PRIVATE LESSONS These courses allow the teacher a chance to structure the class to the exact needs and interests of the individual student. VACATION COURSES These courses occur in the Summer. They combine classrooms studies (General Spanish classes) with out of classroom activities. The outings offer eventful, cultural and educational experiences.

Another offer is for students who enroll in our long term courses. Either way if the class is a low or high level of Spanish, if you are in the course for three months, we allow you to attend the D.E.L.E. Preperation classes and you only get charged for the price of our general Spanish courses.

Types of Housing Accomodations:

STUDENT HOUSING / SHARED APARTMENTS

With this accomodation students have the oportunity to meet other students around the same age and are either from similar or different cultures. It is an enriching experience and a chance to make new friends to go to school with. This can also help maximize their time here in Spain by meeting other students to spend their leisure time with.

Students can stay in an individual or double room, and have complete liberty to spend their free time however needed.

*We also offer housing for older students or minors who will be held responsible by a legal gaurdian.

HOST FAMILIES

This is the ideal housing experience if you are wanting a complete immersion into the Spanish culture.

The students can choose and individual or shared room as well as half or full board.

UNIVERSITY HOUSING

To live in a university dorm is another way a student can meet peers and native spanish students. This is a great environment to build a number of friendships and enjoy the most of the students time spent in Spain.

Students can choose an single or double bedroom.

OTHER HOUSING OPTIONS

Our school can also arrange any lodging in hotels, hostels, etc. For more information please don´t hesitate to contanct us for help.

To make a reservation the student needs to pay 100 euros. This amount will be deducted from the total payment once the student arrives to Valencia. The remaining balance must be paid the first day of class. If the student prefers they may pay the total sum of the course beforehand.

The student has the option of paying through a bank transfer, name addressed to HISPANIA, EDUCACIÓN Y COMUNICACIÓN S.L. or with a credit card or cash.

Note: If the student needs a student visa, it is obligatory to pay the full amount of the course and the first months payment of their housing so that the school's acceptance letter can be made.
