PROYECTO ESPAÑOL is a language school, specialized in Spanish for foreigners, with schools in Alicante,Barcelona, Granada and Madrid.

Our goal is to combine teaching the Spanish language and culture with fulfilling your holiday expectations at favourable prices. Our main tasks are offering professional, methodologically sound language instruction, as well as promoting the direct personal contact of each individual to the Spanish culture. In addition to numerous leisure time activities, our free Language Exchange invites you to also get to know Spain outside the classroom.

Social behavior patterns and manners, colloquialisms and "street slang" are experienced firsthand. Our schools in Alicante and Granada are accredited by the "Instituto Cervantes" and accepted by CSN to receive students with Swedish state funded loans and grants to study abroad. And our courses with 30 hours per week are recognized as "Bildungsurlaub" in Germany (Berlin, Brandenburg, Hamburg, Hessen, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and Rheinland-Pflalz). This course we have signed an agreement with the University Miguel Hernandez (www.umh.es) in Spain.

Our facilities in Alicante as well as in Barcelona, Granada and Madrid are located right in the centre of these cities.

In all schools the students have free access to Internet and a library with Spanish literature at their disposal.

Standard Course: 15 hours per week: The foundation of our course program is tuition in small groups of 3-10 students. It takes place from Monday to Friday covers 3 hours daily. Seven course levels are offered: from beginner to advanced courses. This course is offered in Alicante only from January to June and from October to December. Content: grammar, vocabulary *Price per week: 95 EUR Intensive course with 25 hours per week: The foundation of our course program is tuition in small groups of 3-10 students. It takes place from Monday to Friday covers 5 hours daily. All course levels are offered: from beginner to advanced courses. The 5 daily hours are separated in 2 parts. While the first part (3 hours) follows the textbook and is mainly focused on grammar and vocabulary the second part (2 hours with another teacher) focuses on conversation and cultural aspects. Content: grammar, vocabulary, conversation, cultural topics *Price per week: 120 EUR Long term course with 25 hours per week - >12 weeks: The content and classes for this course are the same as the Intensive Course. The course has a minimum duration of 12 weeks and meets the requirements for Swedish students to receive loans from the Swedish state. Content: grammar, vocabulary, conversation, cultural topics *Price per week: 100 EUR Super-Intensive course (25+5) with 30 hours per week: Apart from the 5 hours in a group of 3 to 10 students, the students have an additional hour per day of individual tuition. This course is recognized as "Bildungsurlaub" in Germany (Berlin, Brandenburg, Hamburg, Hessen, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and Rheinland-Pfalz). Content: grammar, vocabulary, conversation, cultural topics, individual topics *Price per week: 210 EUR Long term course super-intensive (25+5) with 30 hours per week - >12 weeks: The content and classes for this course are the same as the super-intensive course. The course has minimum duration of 12 weeks and meets the requirements for Swedish students to receive loans from the Swedish state. Content: grammar, vocabulary, conversation, cultural topics, individual topics *Price per week: 190 EUR D.E.L.E.-preparation-course (25+5) with 30 hours per week: This course prepares the student to obtain the "Diploma de Español como Lengua Extranjera" (D.E.L.E.) carried out by the Instituto Cervantes. The course offers per week 25 lessons intensive course plus 5 extra hours in a mini-group (1-5 students), focusing on the preparation of the exam. An extra tutor will supervise the supplementary studies, analyses the participant's own particular needs and helps the student to enrol in the appropriate level. The examination fee is not included in our prices. Content: grammar, vocabulary, conversation, cultural topics, exam preparation *Price per week: 190 EUR Spanish Teacher Training Course (25+5) with 30 hours per week (Alicante and Granada) This course is designed for Spanish teachers who want to perfect their level of Spanish and improve their didactical and methodical skills. The course offers per week 25 lessons (of 50 minutes) intensive course plus 5 extra hours in a mini-group (1-3 students) focusing on didactical and methology items. Content: grammar, vocabulary, didactical and methodical topics *Price per week: 210 EUR Combined Course: Possibility to realize one part of the course in Alicante and the other in Granada (and vice versa) following the same programme. Taylor made courses and Individual classes: We can offer tailor made courses or individual classes all over the year. The classes can be arranged flexibly regarding quantity and schedule. - 1 student: 22 EUR per hour / student - 2 students: 13 EUR per hour / student - 3 students: 9 EUR per hour / student All the prices include instruction materials, level-classification test, and certification of participation. 1 Tuition Hour = 50 min. Language Summer Camp for teenagers in Alicante During the summer we organize a specific programme for teenagers from 13 to 17 years old in Alicante. Besides the 4 daily hours of Spanish lessons, the supervised activity programme is organized together with Spanish teenagers. Content: grammar, vocabulary, conversation, cultural topics, activity programme, accommodation in families (full-board / double room); airport transfer *Price for 2 weeks: 1.099 EUR *Additional week: 499 EUR Dates: weekly form 24th of June until 1st of September (last course-day)

We can offer accommodation either in a family or in an apartment. The apartments are shared with 2-4 other students and fully equipped with kitchen, bath, and living room. The students provide for themselves. In a family you have the possibility to strengthen your Spanish in a family atmosphere and experience the Spanish culture in close contact.
