Our main objective is for our students to acquire a correct use of Spanish in real life situations by developing receptive abilities (listening and reading) and productive abilities (speaking and writing), adding important aspects of the Spanish culture as the understanding, study and dominion of the language.

• TRANSPORT

Valladolid enjoys a privileged geographic location and some magnificent communications that facilitate quick and comfortable access. The International Airport of Valladolid (Villanubla) and the connection with high-speed train (AVE) to Madrid brings you from the Spanish capital in 45minutes, besides being very well communicated through an excellent road network, that allows our students to go on trips or excursions to many points of our geography.

• ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation is normally organized with Spanish host families, with single or shared rooms. The best way to understand the Spanish culture is staying with a Spanish family. This way, the student can be constantly in touch with the habits of the country.

Host families have been previously inspected and selected by La Casa del Español staff, and most of them have experience in this area.

However, La Casa del Español can also offer student residence accommodation: we offer this option in residences which are really near the Centre and the city center.

• FREE TIME

Cultural activities and excursions can be done in the afternoons and weekends with a small extra charge: Cooking Workshop, Wine Tasting (only for adults), Guided visits, Sport activities, Excursions to nearby cities, and much more.

When booking a course, the student will pay a non-refundable registration fee of 50€ per student and course. This fee includes registration paperwork, registration for the examinations DELE exams (if applicable), didactic material and Course Certificate, access to the library, video library and Internet.
Classes will be taught by Spanish native speaking teachers, degree holders with experience.
Courses are considered to be 50 minutes long, and will take place from Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 14:00 and from 15:00 to 22:00.
