The Gran Canaria School of Languages has its own student residences: the Best Residence and the Plus Residence. The Best Residence: it was built in 1997, with 20 single rooms with soundproof windows. All rooms have a private bathroom and are equipped with satellite TV, safety deposit box and internet connection. There are common premises for all students equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, water-boiler, coffee-maker, dishes and cutlery for small meals only. No cooker nor pots or pans are available.

It is located a short distance from the airport bus station, a shopping and leisure centre, shops and commercial areas, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and banks. Only 50 m from the beach and 10 minutes’ walk from the school along the beach promenade.

The residence may also be used by handicapped persons in wheelchairs.
