The Real Madrid and the Barcelona are the best football teams in Spain, two of the most famous internationally, in fact, currently, they are the teams with the biggest budget in the world, both with numbers higher than 450 million Euros, with an advantage on Manchester United, in third place, with 384 M€ for the 2010/2011 season.

This is the reason why every time they confront a big stir rises. In Spain, it is very usual for the match to be lived intensely for sport fans, not only in Madrid and Barcelona, in the entire country, it is therefore a big opportunity for students to live this great sport event with their classmates from the spanish school.
The match day, Spain is brought to a halt for hours. Friends usually come together in a house or in the packed bars to watch the match on television. This is a great activity which complements the Spanish classes and it is a way to undertake an intensive Spanish course where you can learn some words used by Spanish, even though they are not all correct.
So, put a T-shirt on from one of the teams if you like football and if you don’t, go to a bar with your friends from the Spanish class and enjoy the great atmosphere in Spain watching the match opposing Real Madrid and Barcelona.
